pinkdormouse made the appealing suggestion of a photograph-your-bookshelves meme. I hope I've got them all now; I'd got eight pictures up and ready to post a few minutes ago, and then realised I'd forgotten some shelves in the dining room.

For some reason, it seemed important to explain the provenance of the various cases, as well as their contents...

Which years does your collection of Wisdens cover? I started buying Wisden in 1964, when I was fifteen, and haven't missed a year since.

I've got 117 out of 144, but more than half of those are facsimiles.

I keep confusing Wisden with Hansard, but of course one is about a rather dull game with incomprehensible rules, and the other is about cricket.
