I got round to trying out my pasta machine for working with polymer clay last night. Hee - it's just rather fun running things through a pasta machine! I did some skinner blends (this is where you make a rectangle out of two different coloured triangles, fold it in half, run it through, fold again, run through... until you get a lovely gradient ( Read more... )

I was at the Bead & Beadwork fair in Harrow today. So many shiny things! The train journey was fine - direct from Euston in about 15mins, no need to worry about the Bakerloo Line. On... *thinks* Tuesday night I made earrings to go with Meritaten's Gift - I've been wearing that set this week at work.

I'd started out on Tuesday making something a bit trickier, but it had got late and I only had three dangly bits done on headpins, so I stopped and got these ones done, which took very little time at all. I like 'em :)
