Contact the bank, see if they can give you an extension on your overdraft, or avange for a one-off reduced payment? Short term fix.
Doing a look myself, it would seem the guy running it may be doing it on the side/part-time. One of the forums lists his contact details as: Mobile Number : Chris/Manager - 07891 082768 Mobile Phones are answered from 10am-9pm Monday to Saturday
If you can't contact them directly, then it's probably a matter for trading standards or the police. Looks like some folk suggest small claims court. I'm not an expert in these matters.
Got that number, it's not answered sadly. Also got the Mini Men address, which is the actual physical shop in Stoke on Trent. Looking into it on Tuesday. I've already contacted his merchant services provider and web host, but I'm not expecting much.
I agree with Sci's suggestion: given the evidence that the site is systematically not honouring its obligations, I think you should immediately consider legal action. I would go to your local Citizen's Advice Bureau.
And thank heavens the owner appears to be in England.
Edit: whois lists the registrant of wargamingworld.co.uk as, and I quote, "Chris from Fuchs Oils LOL". Which really doesn't bode well for his intentions when he was setting up the site.
Sue them. Right now. If they're going to go bankrupt, you want your money back before they do.
Also, it might be worth noting that companies aren't allowed to debit your card before goods are ready for dispatch (with certain exceptions like custom orders). If the money's actually gone from your card (I assume you've checked this) and the order's been marked as "processing" for a week, I think that's malpractice on a scale that means the directors of a limited company become personally liable for your loss. You can take their house in order to get your money back… eventually.
In the short term, the overdraft extension looks like the best option. Bear in mind that, if you do get your money back you can also claim any interest, bank fees, etc. you've been charged as a result of their actions.
