The best we can hope from Iran is that they kick the bum out in the upcoming election. I think that he is not representative of his country, which is ruled by racists but is, from what I've read, home to a lot of people - especially women who remember the freedoms they had under the old regime - who really want to be part of the family of nations and the modern world without giving up their faith (or destroying Israel).

I want to know who those people are clapping. I'm going to assume that there isn't a nation or a culture out there where people clap as a sign of disapproval. It is those people that make me feel ill.

I want those people clapping, Ahmadinejad, and all their ilk banned from the planet like YESTERDAY.

I'm glad Poland and Canada withdrew its participation from this event.
