The attorney that I met with yesterday told me that a jury would love me because I'm "sweet as Shirley Temple." He was partially referencing my hair, but I was so taken aback that he started laughing. I suppose an attorney assuring you that you'll do well in court is a bonus, right?

Almost every single Dutch person that I've been privileged to know has been so. Damn. Tall. From that highly unscientific sampling of the Dutch populace, I conclude that you SHOULD have height pride.

It really, really was. I was cringing in contact shame at about seven minutes in. Although I found myself laughing last night when I looked at Rookie and his Training Officer and realized how much alike they looked, and I was hoping that someone would blog with "THOSE WHITE PEOPLE ALL LOOK ALIKE!"

Have you caught any of "Better Off Ted" yet? This week's episode had me cringing with laughter (as in "I really shouldn't laugh, but how did they talk a major network into this?") as they played the racist card in probably the most unique manner I've ever seen.

Better Off Ted has Lem and Phil and geeky science!hilarity. The scenes with Lem and Phil almost guarantee that I'll be watching it every time that it airs.
