Yesterday, my mom, my sister, and I went to the mall. My mom offered me two hundred dollars for a new wardrobe.

Honestly, don't feel bad. I love clothes but they are also the cause of a lot of undue stress and money-spending. The best advice someone gave me was that you should go out feeling comfortable with what you're wearing. That way, instead of donning the supertight micromini-skirt and spending the entire evening trying to pull it down, you'll feel at ease in your clothes and have a nice evening concentrating on the people around you. You're you, your sister is herself. You spend time on writing, she spends it on fashion. Go figure (personally, I think your time is better spent)
