"Those NICs on the DELLs require 100/full to workproperly. That netgear probably is set to auto for all ports (and cannotbe reconfigured). Sometimes I think I'm a bit too deep in with fighting games. Like, a lot of my free time is spent playing, watching, or researching fighters.
