Omg thanks so so so much for this beautiful comment, Danielle. It means so much to me that you took the time to share your thoughts /hugs. I'm a nerd too so I like to hang my text off some kind of frame when the story lends to that kinda thing lol. I'm so glad you like the frame narrative! Numbers hate me but I love sticking them into my fics where I can lol.

I wanted this fic to be melancholy and it's my first sustained (if you can call 6k sustained lol) attempt at angst so I hope it wasn't a complete fail. If your comments are any indication, it wasn't lol. So thanks for giving me hope that I might be able to write angsty stuff again bc I'm actually a total wimp when it comes to angst which addie will happily confirm!
