Jason's Birthday!

Jason and I celebrated his birthday last Wednesday. I did a lot to make it perfect this year. I got up extra early, instead of laying in bed until 8:30am, heh. I fixed him crumpets and tea for breakfast and made him one heck of a good lunch. I packed an apple teacake for him to take to work, as well as made Mom's great subs for him with ham, salami

After cutting the onion in quarters, hold each section under COLD, running water before dicing the onion. Keep cold water running as you cut and that will make it so you don't have tears while cutting onions.
