I haven't posted for a while because I was focused on a specific task. My task? Testing for Fourth Degree(Yondan) black belt in Shotokan karate. Today, after doing 20 kata and bunkai and a grilling from a panel of instructors, I was awarded Yondan rank. Now, I can relax a little and post more often. Thank you for being patient.
