Alright, so I’ve had the guilty pleasure of thoroughly enjoying watching Avatar : The Last Air Bender.
What I really liked about the series:
1. Most of the cast was not white, many were of Asian and Native American decent (particularly Inuit). You don’t see this very often in shows in general, much less those made for young adults and tweens.

I really hate re-hashing this issue
So, I've come to realize that Kael is an incredibly androgynous name. I'm not sure if I like that. It's an attention grabbing name too, something I'm not sure I want either. For example, when seeing my name tag at work, people aren't sure if Kael is a male or female name. This is the main source of my irritation ( Read more... ) -

Post transition thoughts
Not that I'm post transitioned, of course. But today, I talked with the doctor about various risks and concerns with taking testosterone and starting to transition.
50% of those who go through HRT drop from the charts. Whether they go stealth or stop taking hormones is unknown. I wonder if the majority of those who change their minds are MTF, due to ( Read more... )
