So I had my last weigh in at the gym before I go to Sin City & I've lost 5.5 pounds in the last 2.5 weeks which is pretty amazing. Admittedly I have been pretty strict with the diet and also feeling a little sick every time I think about spending a weekend in Mr Carlsons company has stopped me from eating too much. So I had my 4 weekly weigh in at the gym and I've lost another 4 pounds making a total weight loss of 51.5 pounds in 25 weeks. Its less than 3 weeks to Sin City weekend so I'm hoping for another 3 or 4 pounds before I go particularly as thinking about being there makes my stomach churn so badly that I don't want to eat ( Read more... )

So it's been a strange couple of days...

My best friend & soul sister Laken_Fowley8 has gone back to LA after spending 5 weeks in England with me. I miss her so much already. I took her to Heathrow yesterday and was dreading saying goodbye but then nik_kaniac saved the day by meeting me and The Boy for coffee.
