I took the morning off because today it was school's harvest festival at the church. We didn't spot YB come in, in the infants' crocodile, but he was there. It felt like almost snow (and there was definitely actual rain, the pavement was wet when I came out) when I was walking uphill to the doctor's. Blimey.

It was definitely trying to snow up here this morning when I did the school drop off. No doubt about it. We seemed to have skipped autumn and gone straight to winter!

OB thought it was trying to snow but I refused to countenance that. It's October!

It was bitterly cold here too. I do know we've had heavy snow (didn't stick) as early as the 24th of October!
