Exactly!! there were 2 new pieces in Red when we went at 11.30am. By the time I came back to pay after sightseeing no more liao. Even the dark red (bordeaux?) patent one also gone.
you can try your luck in singapore next time! i got a ferragamo peeptoe heels in black during their sale. i bought the patent black varina when i was in paris and it was my best pair of work shoes during pregnancy!
Hmm... Really? Are those the 85cm peeptoes? SAs in HK and SG have told me black classics are not on sale - Varinas, the 85cm close toes and slingbacks.
i was told that the black classics were not on sale too. my husb got me the black rochea which is never on sale and so far, it has stayed that way (much to the relief of the husb!). he cannot deal with bad deals. haha!

I am happy with the price for the Varinas, it's HK sale price so no loss there even if there is a sale.

that said, i think i shld be scaling back on both chanel and ferras too. in fact, i think i shld be scaling back on most stuffs.
and the hermes boutique was hell as hard to deal w. :(
