I'm excited to hear about the results. Better yet, perhaps there should be a tasting! Maybe there should be a root beer/ginger ale making weekend/party thing. We've not pulled folks together in a long while.

I do think it would be fun to have a party where everyone brings a two-liter bottle of their own making. It would be a little tricky in that it's hard to predict exactly how long it will take to make the stuff, but if people allow an extra day or so and pour themselves a glass or two when it's ready it should work out. [explosions!]
