Room 516 [all day]

Considering the content of the email she was sending to some of her friends, it wasn't like Sookie particularly minded the fact that the lights in her room had turned into Christmas lights. If anything, it sort of just brightened up her already-cheery mood, spurred on by the holiday music she was playing, and the phone calls she was making to Bon ( Read more... )

Rinoa got the e-mail, and then felt the need to bounce at Sookie. Today wasn't the best of days, as it was, and a little cheering up was just what she had needed.

"You are the best," she announced. "I'm in. What do I need to do? For this holiday-thing?"

She'd have to drag Squall into coming along. That wouldn't be too hard, this time. Point out that he was her Knight and this was an unknown dimension, and he'd be packing before she finished the sentence.

(I KNOW THAT YOU HAVE FLED. SP IS SUPERWIN.)

"Bring presents and yourself," Sookie said happily. "Do you know anything about Christmas at all?"

After her shift at 'Dite's had finished, Karla was also beelining towards Sookie's room. "I want to come!" she cried, bursting into the room. "Me! Me! I accept! And Warren, too!"

...She should probably run that by him, first, but whatever.

"Did you ask him?" Sookie asked, giggling at Karla's entrance. "Maybe he has all kinds of important plans and will have to decline."

Karla sniffed haughtily. "What could possibly be more important than spending this first Christmas with his girlfriend? Nothing, that's what," she declared. "If he even tried, I will dump his feathery ass into a sack and bring him along anyway."

Because Christmas was all about kidnapping the ones you loved!

...Bill, don't you listen to that.

Raven was pleased to receive Sookie's invitation, but she wanted to ask her a question first. So she walked down the hall and poked her head into the room. "Hello, Sookie, thank you for your invitation," she said. "I would very much like to visit Bon Temps for the holiday."

Hopefully dressing trashily would not be required this time.

"Yay!" Sookie said, actually clapping her hands. "I'm excited. It'll be my first Christmas without Gran, so I figured filling up the house wouldn't be a terrible idea."

"I do not wish to impose," Raven said, getting to her question, "but would you be willing to invite Jono as well, if you have not already done so? I had hoped to spend the holidays with him, and beyond that I do not want to see him remaining in the dorms alone."

"Already done," Sookie said with a bright smile. "No one should have to spend Christmas alone, least of all someone with as much of a tendency to mope as Jono has. You might have to convince him to come, though."
