I don't think there's a reason to panic about this storm. Although the lights appear to be reacting, we're safe from lightning in here. The reason for that, if I'm remembering science class properly, is that the tower is made entirely from glass. Glass is an insulator, meaning that the electricity won't penetrate the exterior.
