I wouldn't mind learning kick boxing.

[He was a mixed martial artist though and always willing to learn new forms of defense to incorporate into his already self-styled form.]

The barracks. Or the fountain. I can meet you somewhere.

[Suddenly remembers a certain problem Ryoga has. =\ Though of course, he underestimates it.]

Captain. I think it's honorable you're offering self-defense classes to civs and non-combatants.

On the second point, I don't think it could be too hard to organized. I realize the biggest issue is people coming and going unexpectedly, but I think an organized system could be worked out. Beyond that, how about some kind of city-wide warning system like a warning bell that can be heard all over town?

Whatever. [He handles compliments so awesomely.]

Makes sense. I think between the blacksmiths, Donatello and Robert, they should even be able to create a link to the journals for it, since everyone usually keeps that on them.

I realize the journals are a good communication system in itself, but you always have to prepare for the situation of someone not having their journal on them or not paying attention to the journal for any number of valid reasons.

I rarely remember my journal, so yes, I'd prefer something that relied on people instead.

I just think a connection could be made to cover more bases.

Why are people talking more about the police now?

From what I can tell they've been debating having something like it for over a year, but each time something big happens, the apparent need for it becomes even more glaring.

[Jack Sparrow wants to respond to this, Smoker. He wants to taunt you and troll you and possibly threaten you. The problem is, there is an agreement to uphold. Jack is not one to usually uphold agreements, but this time? With people he cares about on the line? He is going to toe it.

And after moving the Joanna Joyce to a new, undisclosed location? He is going to return to his marauding bridge and have at it, just to make a point about what he thinks of this message to would-be pirates.]

[Such a shame. Smoker will just have to make a point to stop by in person.]
