So I've now heard two different people say that we should IMPEACH the supreme court justices for this ruling. Talk about a knee-jerk response. I dont like the ruling but impeachment needs to be reserved for gross abuses of power or incompetence. This is a contentious issue no doubt, but it will not be resolved by appealing to our most childish

From what I can tell, I don't like the ruling--but there was no incompetence or abuse of power or anything like that in this ruling.

It just seems like a particular interpretation that I may not disagree with but is certainly supported with some sound legal reasoning..

Wow, impeachment for the court saying "sorry, law doesn't work, try again."? WTF? That's the whole point of SCOTUS!! They're really there to provide that balance between the individual and the state and to tell each side when they need to refigure something. *sigh*
