Right on all six! #3 is a VeggieTales medley from one of their music CDs - they translated some of their Silly Songs into Spanish, rejiggered others for polka band (oh look at my technical language, lol), and put it all together with a little frame-story about Larry travelling around the world. It's... funny, and goofy, and full of polka-band noises, which I like. XD

Away from the Roll of the Sea, yay! I have the Frank Patterson version - he was an Irish tenor (I think I've mentioned him to you before?) with a really incredible voice.

And #21 is titled "Once I Had a Sweetheart" on the version I've got, which is sung by Joan Baez. (She has such a FABULOUS voice - as clear and high as a crystal glass "singing", but with words.)

And omg, that Veggie Tales CD sounds amazing.

I think you have mentioned Frank Patterson to me before, and then I promptly forgot him! :P Because I'm awesome like that. And I've heard a few things sung by Joan Baez on youtube and she is indeed great. I just tend not to be a big fan of higher singing voices, even when they're really good.

I'm bad at this game, but I will say it pleases me that you have Veggie Tales songs on your iPod. I may do this meme later, but I don't have an iPod so I may modify it. Shuffle on Windows Media Player? Hell yeah.

Well, there are actually two VeggieTales songs here - nobody's guessed the other one yet - but #3 is a medley off one of their music CDs, so it'd take a huge fan of their stuff to identify it right off. It's called "Foreign Exchange".

Right on all counts! (And I don't know who sang the version of Proud to Be an American I've got either - it was on one of those cheap compilation CDs that popped up everywhere in drugstores after 9/11/01.)

#14 is called "John Henry", and #24 is "Streets of Laredo". "As I walked out in the streets of Laredo, as I walked out in old Laredo town..." And it is indeed Johnny Cash, apparently. I had to google - I've just got a version by someone called Harry Jackson, whom I've never heard of. ;P
