I know. I feel just as useless as you do, believe me. But if we panic, it's going to make everything worse. There's no legal system in place which makes us essentially vigilantes. If we start acting out of chaos, we're no better than the people who intentionally hurt others.

I lost the trail on an alleyway murder, run of the mill. We all fail sometimes and here it's going to be worse than at home. There's a lot more to deal with, so you need to pull it together. Just do your job -- you're good at talking to people, right? So, talk.
