Ok, I've tasted some foul things in my life. I usually have a pretty iron stomach -- I haven't thrown up in more than 10 years, and when we drank that totally spoiled micro-brewed beer, I only got off with a light indigestion, whereas poor grailquestion was out for three days with food poisoning. And I'm the royal food-taster in the house, who usually gets to ( Read more... )

I saw The Exorcist when I was ten at a drive-in. It scared the bejeebus out of me.

Jaws caused me to have recurrent nightmares involving flesh-eating land tortoises. Which were not as bad as the nightmares I used to have about Witch Hazel.

Galaxy Quest - Loved it. Still love it.

I'm sure you wanted to know all that. :P

I did, actually, thank you :)

To be fair to the Exorcist & its useless demon -- it would've scared the pants off of me too, if I saw it when I was little.

Eek, what is that Witch Hazel thing?

S' all good, you're not missing too much, with Jaws or Exorcist.
Watch the better movies, first ;)

Also, I agree. Pictures rule. I gotta buy a data cord for my camera, so I can clear the memory, and start posting more!

wouldn't you, oh I don't know, DO something with that chance?

Oh, that's funny!

I have assiduously avoided both Jaws and The Exorcist because I get freaked out all too easily watching scary/gory movies. I suspend disbelief at the drop of a hat and have a very hard time finding it again.

And Galaxy Quest is great!
