Miniature Portrait Update

The Triple Thick is dry and results are mixed. On the one hand, it's unbelievably sealed but on the other, the photo is altered. It's strange; the colors didn't run, the darks are still dark and the lights are still light, but somehow all the detail shadows evaporated. The shadows of the jawline and on the neckstock and others just aren't there

I saw your portrait yesterday and think it looked really great. I'm not crafty in that way at all, so am impressed.
