I was happy that I was able to take my husband to his favourite park and to the beach, before his fall. I know that he can also go on outings with the nursing home staff, which makes me feel a lot better.
I thought I'd post some of the last photos I took of the beach and the park where we used to love to walk or just sit and look at the scenery.

What a lovely place. I understand why you miss it so much. The two years you spent there with your husband are memories to treasure.
It must be very hard being away from him. Why can't we stop aging after 50?
