Four might not be weak, but she she's definitely been abused by her time in the Laboratory, so I think she'd work well for If you ever need me. Besides, I want Four to have more friends her own "age" anyway.

I can pretty much get Four wherever for them to meet up, since I've established that Four has a tendency to wander the city a lot since the assassins don't have much to do atm.
