Berger can be found in the common room. He's found a weed pipe, and he's enjoying it - the thing is, however, that the weed pipe is slightly defective. This means that anyone who comes within its vicinity (or Berger's) will be slightly... high.

The idea was a spur of the moment thing, but it seems that it requires more research than Berger had originally intended. That's why he's (uncommonly) in the library, pouring over a book on how to build a greenhouse, and frowning.

Berger's been feeling energetic lately - and that's the main reason that he's now out on the lawn, singing loudly one of his favorite songs.
