Yup! My stage name is Seattle. Its not so bad considering someone in my class' name was Pebbles and I often transfer guests to dining to a guy name Dudley {in which he and I squeeed over the new HP book coming out for a moment before passing the guest over}.

Seriously....the worst part, this is the majority of calls I get. The people with more than 1/4th of a brain know how to book online - which sucks for me. my sanity, and my bank account.

Yea, I just said this is what you're getting, took their deposit and sent them on their way. whatever. The main reason for the res was to have something the woman could present to get her kids a visa to visit the US from Nigeria.

My favorite thing that happens a LOT:

Idiot: I'd like to make a payment.
Me: Okay, is this going to be a Visa?
Idiot: Hold on let me get my card.

*headdesk* If you're calling in to make a payment, wouldn't you have your card in your hands?
