Stick to your guns on the money issue. If any company has to pay you less than a fair rate, then keep moving. You don't need them.

The "worst flaw" is an EASY question. Just be honest when you turn it around. Try:

"I'm not a bubbly ass-kisser. I'm a hard-working, no-nonsense person, and I don't have a shot at working for anyone who needs to surrounded by suck-ups and yes-men."

"Bubbliness" looks silly, anyway. I prefer someone who doesn't look like he or she is putting on a facade. It just makes me feel uncomfortable about what the person's real personality is like. I always think it must be negative, otherwise the effort of concealing it wouldn't have to be so dramatic.

I'm not good at putting on an act either. I'd have to focus continuously on my facial expression and voice, and it would still come across as fake, because my gaze would remain emotionless. Or, at least that's my guess as to why I turn people off.

Never before recently have I known a flat voice and face to be such a curse. This is why I sometimes wish I had been born normal. I wouldn't have my current personality, but what does it matter if all it does is make life on this planet harder?
