I have always, always tested as an INFJ. I'm around the middle of E & I though I've always gotten Introverted, the N and F are middle-strong, and my J is as far to the J side as you can possibly get. Always has been.

Therefore, I found this list hilarious and true:

# If your desk has more post-it notes than work space- you might be a J ( Read more... )

Oh man, so embarrassing. It's like someone has been spying on me.

I am totally not a J!!

::rips tide pen, band-aids, kleenex, nail clippers, etc out of purse and hides::

-Pauses to reflect-

::Quickly puts all back in in proper location because OMFG what if I get a hang nail or paper cut later today!::

-Thinks of backup plans (scavenge first aid kit, drive to Walgreens, find a mom-type at work) even though I don't need one. -

OK, so I am a J. ::sighs:: OhSweetness scheduled free time for our Europe trip too! It's not just us, LOL.

-Edit-
I also did not just totally edit this comment several times so it would be perfect and free of spelling errors. What?

This is clearly the reason we get along so well. Nothing is irrational here. Others may tolerate, but only another J understands.

Very interesting. I have always been an INTJ, with the NT being the strongest and most consistent over the years. But I am way less organized than you guys :)

Yuh, me too. I am occasionally OCD, especially when presented with certain types of messes, but I am generally pretty slack on organization.

As someone who's been accused of being a prototypical ENTP, I have to ask: are there similar lists for the rest of the types/categories?

Beats me... I was forwarded this from a coworker. Probably somewhere on the internets, though.

When William & I lived together, I would watch my shows on the TiVo fairly quickly, and delete them. It gave me a happy feeling of calm and order.

By contrast, he would let all of his shows build up for weeks if not months at a time, filling up the screen(s) with unwatched programs.

I cannot explain how much this drove me nuts. Thanks to this post, I don't have to. :)
