Hi, everyone!

See my userpic? *pokes* Finally, after going through pages and pages of picture threads on message boards, saving dozens of pictures along the way, I have finally finished my set of My Chemical Romance avatars!!

Hai! Oh, I'm not one of those fans who go like "OMG HOW CAN YOU LISTEN TO ANYTHING BUT (insert artist here)?!" I've never heard much of Paramore, but maybe I'll look up that song you mentioned. I'll like you for liking MCR, but I won't hate you if you don't. :)
No no no, I'm not a Gimpo! Silly, Gimp was not involved at all in making these. It was all pictures I found on the internets and the LJ userpic tool. Dude, I don't even know HOW to use Gimp. I just have it in case I'll need it. So yeah, unless LJ introduces supercool coloring tools I'm just sitting here resizing pictures. Thanks for your suggestions though.

I don't have much talent when it comes to making icons, but to me, these look fabulous. I like the artsy feel of them.

I think Gimp is pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it. It's a bit intimidating at first, though.

Thanks, Jules! Yeah, it's not like I'm running off starting request threads, cause this is honestly the best I can do. Ha, I was going for artsy! :D
Gimp is intimidating, and I can't be bothered with it right now. I'll probably have to learn it at some point, but I have not reached that point.

hmm, they're all very nice. the first one, the one you've been using, looks sort of CG to me, like a computer game or something O.o
But other than my weirdness, they are quite nice. if I was a MCR fan, I'd definitely use them. *thumbs up*
