nooooo you need to do it too!!! I skipped over a LOT of stuff and I'm not even 100% sure of some things. I only did it because Maricha asked me to do it! Take your time. I'm sure there are a lot of people on LJ that are waiting for your perfect translations ^^

i really love his answer and his philosophy is quite mine too

basically, it's know thyself
know where you come from to know where you'll be going
Be tolerant, nurture your strengh and have confidence in yourself

It is really reassuring to have the same line of thoughts as him

what about you?
as a teacher, does this touch a chord?

the nature of my job is complicated. at max I see the same student twice a month. Furthermore, I don't speak Japanese in class and my students' English aren't at a level where they can understand if I were to say things in English. My job is to make English learning fun. I doubt that I can actually impart wisdom on them. If I was back in my own country I would DEFINITELY do what Sho's teachers did ( ... )

i can see where you're coming as i have the same thoughts too
i love history although economics was my major and my father was a history professor
The teacher who also stood out for me was my middle-school history teacher. We made lots of trips with him, one was the nazi camp of Buchenwald where his own father was detained.

And you should definitely visit Versailles one day ^.^
