The three looking good in white suits with “Prince-like smile”
“It’s embarssing~ (laughs)” but you guys were enjoying it, weren’t you?
Such three guys talk about “Princes”
What kind of prince do boys admire…?
If I became a price, I want to be pampered!?
Hashimoto: It sounds weird if I say this myself but I think I look pretty good in this
Sanada: Well, I won’t deny that (laughs). Once again, I realize that I don’t look good in white. I guess I can’t be a prince
Nozawa: That’s not true. There’s something prince about Sanada, too… if you look for one (laughs)
Hashimoto: (In a monotone voice) It looks good on you
Sanada: Woah, what was that? Sounds like it’s not coming from your heart (laughs)
Nozawa: The first person you think of when you hear prince is (Domoto) Koichi kun for sure.
Hashimoto: I know. Even guys think “What a prince~” when they see Koichi kun
Sanada: I thought of something when you said “even guys think”, girls often calls their crush “prince” but do guys use that word in a same way?
Hashimoto: You’re right. There’s no princes in shounen manga either.
Nozawa: We don’t call our ideal/crush girls “princess” (laughs). It just means prince are people who girls think are cool.
Hashimoto: That have to be me (laughs). Could be a joke because I think I should start going for prince character. I don’t say this myself but would you put more effort into being prince-like to make people think you are?
Sanada: You’ve just said that you’re self (laughs)
Nozawa: Oh! Speaking of prince, what about Hanikami Oji [nose blowing prince/ Ishikawa Ryo] and Hankachi Oji [handkerchief prince/ Saito Yuuki]!
Sanada: With having great abilities, they also have dignity and cleanliness.
Hashimoto: By the way, what kind of prince do you want to be if you were to name you’re self ___ prince?
Sanada: Nozawa is the long legged prince. Hashimoto is ramen ・ tsukmen ・ ikemen prince (laughs)
[Ramen- ramen/japanese noodle, tsukmen- dipping noodle, ikemen- hot boy. Kano Eikou's joke or saying]
Hashimoto: …. I want to say a comeback but since hot boy is in there, I’m okay (laughs). I think Sanada is the humor prince and Nozawa is the getting taller prince
Nozawa: Hashimoto is the vocal prince and Sanada is the acting prince
Sanada: Ooh~, such a compliment. You good-at-ending-talks prince
(Ⓟ What do you want to do when you become a prince?)
Hashimoto: I never thought of being a prince. That’s hard…
Sanada: I don’t have to look cool but I want to love and be loved by everyone. Because the real prince stands in a very loyal place, right? Everyone will be worried if a jerk stands in such a place.
Nozawa: Yeah. I want to someone who people will be respected. I think people who always takes care of others and not act like a hotshots are amazing. I want to become such a prince if I can be a prince.
Hashimoto: You two say such cool things. That’s why I’d go the opposite. Few selfish needs are allowed if you’re a prince, right? You can’t experience that in your real life so I want to say some needs as much as possible. I want to ask for stuff that I usually can’t get (laughs)
Nozawa: What kind of selfish needs?
Hashimoto: Eh~, what should I say? Like “buy me toys that I wanted” ?
Sanada: What a small needs~ (laughs). But that idea is pretty interesting.
Feeling of big responsibly during SUMMARY
Hashimoto: Our recent news have to be SUMMARY 2008
Sanada: It’s my 2nd time taking part of it. Everyone is able to show their personalities and I think the show is improving day by day.
Nozawa: Our positions changed in the middle of the way. We were the back dancers for our senpai but there’s a part where we get to sing with the three of us this time and I think that was a big change.
Hashimoto: Our responsibilities got more important, too. I put the wire on HSJ when they do the flying and if anything goes wrong, they’ll get hurt big time. Our task is to trust the members so I always get nervous every time that I have to do it correctly.
Sanada: We also have to be careful when they land. Also, we are so close to our audience in this SUMMARY!
Nozawa: I know. I can see their faces very well so I know they can see us pretty well, too. That can also be very encouraging.
Hashimoto: That’s why I’m always smiling (laughs)
Nozawa: We are on the stage more this time and instead of just songs, we also get to dance with the Kismy. It feels like we are part of making the stage happen than just participating. It’s a work worth doing so I put my heart into it.
Sanada: From last time to this time and this time to next time, I want to improve show by show. I hope I can challenge myself into doing some flying next time.
Hashimoto: Sounds good~. I want to fly! I also want to take part in other stuff.
Nozawa: Okay then our next goal is flying!? Actually, I can’t even imagine the ending of the shows. I’m so used of going to it everyday that I’ll end up going to the place in September (laughs) [This interview was taken in August]
Hashimoto: I bet (laughs). But right now, we have to do our best in the rest of the stages to feel accomplishment at the end!
Sanada: Okay, maybe we’ll go to the beach when it ends as a late summer break?
