A big happy birthday to my brother Paul who turns 36 today!!!!!

It's health day at the town hall so I just had a massage, talked with a lady about yoga, and had my bone density tested.  I networked with the yoga lady and she may hire me to do a video of one of her conferences.  The massage was pretty lame, but the bone guy said I have above normal bone density which is very good.  Hey, now I can officially say ( Read more... )
