I'm sorry that Amber had to go and p*ss in your cheerios (art teacher's fave saying), but I'm glad you didn't let it ruin your day. *hugs* And congrats on avoiding temptation, I know how hard that can be, believe me. (In this house they eat baked goods in front of me dripping in chocolate goodness, lol.) *more hugs*
I don't know if it'll help or not, but we're in a cold snap too, it's -27C w/o windchill tonight. Methinks I'll stay indoors. ;)
Thanks girlie! Well...the thing is, it's hardest for me to resist bad food when I am having a bad day. But...I am pretty resolved right now and I know that I need to take care of myself and that I'll feel MUCH better when I've lost some weight. So, it feels good to be strong. : )

Excellent job on avoiding temptation. I wasn't so good at that last night when I ate those cookies. XD

It's MY decision to change MY attitude...and so I did and my day got a lot better after that.
I'm so proud of you. Those positive thoughts are great. And you managed to resist food temptation! *is amazed* It's hard for me to do that.
