Pirates is so great, I've been twice now and am still volunteering to go with everyone else :) Good call on going to the earlier show, I've done that both times I've gone and it's such a long movie that you're out by the evening anyways :)
Enjoy Phantom. It's good that you haven't seen it before. I found that seeing it again breaks a lot of the enchantment that comes from seeing the show when you're still young enough to think it's all real. But even so the music and story are always beautiful and it's another one that I'm happy to see over and over.
