Ouch, Touchy medical stuff with a capital T. Yikes. I'm glad you're all right. You are all right, right?

Do you know what the refresh rate of your monitor is? In my experience, some monitors will default to 60 Hz, but anything less than 70 Hz usually will start messing with your eyes after a while. Tweaking that setting (Display Properties -> Settings tab -> Advanced button -> Monitor tab) might help.
