Last Day of School

This was the last day of school with students.  It was bittersweet.  I, just like the students, have had Spring Fever, and have been longing for Summer Break

*laughs* I'm pretty good at feeling what I feel, and knowing what it is I'm going through.

It is moments like these that pretty much define many of us teachers; the knowledge that we really do touch lives, and many of them lives we weren't sure cared.

I am fortunate enough to be in a career that I LOVE. If I won the Lotto, I'd still teach where I do, because it isn't about the money. It's a lot like music for me.
