The Horselord Prince and the Khan of the Steppes

That's the thing with rolling dice out in the open and pushing on their Beliefs until they make rough decisions: the story might end up being a tragedy.

Has anyone ever had a TPK at their table or a particularly brutal death that cut a PC's legacy short?

Oh yeah, this one had it all. Drunken confessions, blind beast-gods, magical swords in the lap of a dead blood relative and the decision to make a go at becoming the new khan of the steppes.

This leads up to next game, when a sword-fight will decide the fate of the world. I dig gaming.

I love gaming with just one GM and one player. There's just something simple and powerful about it.

Storn and I gamed a few days ago and a thread on the BW forums is growing. I e-mailed him my ugly ass map and I wonder what he will e-mail back in return. I bet it will be a tad bit prettier.

Got together with Pete and Janaki and played Shock: Social Science Fiction. This is a game I have been wanting to play with these two people for a long time, and it was kind of just what the doctor ordered.

Reading: I should finish up the second hard-cover graphic novel of Invincible today at lunch and I'm fairly underwhelmed. Other than an interesting reveal towards the end of the first graphic novel it is a fairly tepid Superboy ala Spider-Man's school life ala Teen Titans with only a few little tidbits that leave me interested at all.
