The weather guy keeps telling us that this day has yet again broken the record high temperature for Oklahoma set in 1936,

After a while that same year begins to ring bells in my brain.

Until 2009 I had spent the better part of my adult life without medical insurance, I was single parenting and my "ex" kept the kids insured and I had managed to stay healthy (I thought) up until then.

I had to have two surgeries.

The first lens they applied slipped out of place so I had to go back for a quick

fix.

Then a day or two with pain meds to recover on.

I am finally OK but I can barely see to type. I may need glasses to see but I need to heal a bit before we assume anything.

I haven't been writing... because I haven't been able to see. I still can't.

Due to a true comedy of errors I am still struggling with this cataract.

(If I didn't know better I'd suspect a Rx Mercury)

Tomorrow... I finally get up to Triad to get it fixed.

I am so looking forward... (might as well, looking anywhere else is useless...)
