Ratlings!
I have adopted two very cute, very smart male rats! They are five weeks old (born on March 16th) and they are very inquisitive.
I was really nervous at first because they didn't seem to want to be held or touched, but I've read a bunch about them, and a lot of people say that the babies are just too active to want to be held.

As long as you handle them a lot, they probably wont ever bite you. I've only ever been bitten once by any of the rats I've had and that was because I surprised it while it was sleeping. And from what I've heard, once they get older, boy rats are real cuddle bugs, so that'll be nice. XD
