I think it's very well-constructed, but not radio friendly at all, which is what I'm sure Clive had trouble with.

Nail on the head. That doesn't make it any less awesome, though, and I still think Clive needs to shove it. I think "Sober" and "Don't Waste Your Time" can be good on radio, and maybe even "Haunted." It's definitely not a six-single album, but I'm almost glad about that.

(Hey, by the way. How close to CD quality is your version? Mine's close, but definitely not there.)

It's likely everybody has the same version. That's what usually happens when there's a leak. One copy, seriously disseminated. Like how track ten(?) on Taking the Long Way cut out thirty seconds early on every copy available ever. Mine is close, but there's static popping between Irvine and Chivas. Which is fine, gives me an incentive to hit Best Buy come the 26th.

Apparently Clive offered her ten million to put radio friendly songs on her album. She turned him down.

That's what I figured, but I thought I'd check. I don't have any static popping, but just the general quality of the files is less than perfect. It's especially obvious in the two different versions of "Never Again" and "Sober" that I've got.

God I love her so much. She is awesome.

(Speaking of awesome, you don't happen to have the version of "Up to the Mountain" that she did on the American Idol Gives Back thing, do you? I haven't been able to find it on KCEMedia or anything.)

I don't think KCE offers anything that's commercially available. I bought Up to the Mountain off of iTunes.
