Gee, I KNOW Bush doesn't read, but you would think he'd at least watch television!
"Brownie" can apologize all he want's but we all know where the buck truly stops.

Well, let's just say it was "beyond the capacity of FEMA" with HIM in charge. And with all the budget cuts, and the Homeland Security boondoggle sapping FEMA of much of its power.

Let's just say that with a Clinton-era budget and James Lee Witt still in charge, it would almost certainly NOT have been "beyond the capacity of FEMA."
