So, if you haven't "read" The Tower yet, you should go do that. It's fascinating, strange, moving, funny, and somewhat romantic. It's sweet, too. The protagonist is imaginative and good. I have warm fuzzies, but don't feel like gagging at all.
I've just discovered Kate Beaton and her lovely, quirky history-themed comic strips, like this one about Nikola Tesla. She doesn't have an RSS feed, but she does have an LJ as beatonna, which has one.
I enjoyed the Emporer Norton and Soren Kierkegaard strips, too.
