gluing in tracing paper

Jun 08, 2009 19:01

I have a drawing on tracing paper that I would like to adhere to my journal. I was wondering what would happen if I glued it in with rubber cement. Would you see the glue through the tracing paper or will it dry clear? If rubber cement is a bad idea for this project, how should I go about adhering tracing paper?

I usually use a thin layer of PVA glue or sew it in. Glue sticks are pretty good, too.

Scrapbooking glue? It's like a little roll of paper and you like roll it on and they are little bitty dots of adhesive. I don't think you'd see them through the paper and it's made to hold for a long time.
