Pleasantly surprised that even Mississippi isn't wing-nutty enough to pass so-called "Personhood". I suspect that there's a bunch of women that tell pollsters/husbands/preachers that they supported the bill and voted against it once they were alone in the voting booth.

As far as Kentucky, I get the somewhat toolish Democratic governor for a second term as opposed to the total bigoted prick that was running for the Republic Party. The limited polling for our races ended up being pretty LOL bad.

Yeah - I think "PERSONHOOD FOR GAMETES" sounds great for some people on the public corner, but in the same way that a whole lot of Catholic and fundamentalist Christian women have abortions, the idea of possibly criminalizing miscarriages was enough to change their vote in private.

Hearing the results, Pearce said he plans to "spend some time with my family and my God" before deciding what to do next.
