I managed to trigger my plantar fasciitis (fancy word for an inflammed foot arch and heel) into returning, leaving me a cripple. Walking without pain or help from other people is one of the things I've taken for granted for pretty much my entire life, and now that it's been taken away from me, suddenly most other trivial things don't seem that
