John and I are finally moved into our new house. Yeay we are Home owners. So thrilling. It's going to be mostly empty of nice furniture for a while...but that's ok...we will take it slow. John has graduated from UT!!! Yeay! It's official! He's a Chemical Engineer! hehehe. Mr. Smarty Pants! ;-) And has been interviewing all summer long and has accepted a job offer up in RoundRock at a place called Toppan! So exciting! I'm so happy and proud for him! Well, I just wanted to share the news!

Next week I go back to the life of attending classes all day every day. I can honestly say that in my deepest of dreams I'm not looking forward to it at all. I feel like a nobody back at school. I just had the most amazing week up in Estes Park, Colorado at the GMA (Gospel Music Association) Music week 2006. I was stunned and totally thrilled to have made it to the top 3 finalists in the Contemporary vocal 2 category part of the competition. A week is never enough time to get all the things done you need to finish a CD...but at least we made progress in the forward direction. The next time I can go back to work with my dad is in May.
