I so wish we had a law like that! Our universities would be alive with business students carrying swords! :D

If you make a promise to do something in perpetuity, you should damn well see it through!

Absolutely! So court papers should be served to either Müller or one of the Tschudi brothers, as soon as it's established who killed whom. But I guess Hades isn't within Swiss jurisdiction anymore (some living here might agree, though).

There's some truly boggle-worthy stuff here; this isn't an exception. Though I admit that the comedy gold in this case is very pure (not for the poor farmer, though, who has my sympathies).
