Fashion: Not the "Little Old Ladies" scarf

For Christmas, money was given to me with the expressed purpose of "getting something pretty for yourself rather than buying stuff for the cats again!" - well, that's easier said than done!

However, I was finally successful yesterday - I got myself a lovely silk scarf. Not one of those giant Hermes "foulards" which are very popular with posh little ( Read more... )

I tried it, looks very neat with my grey pencil skirt and a black top. It's a quick way to switch from "casual" to "stylish". Now I only need a Popeye...

Olive is great. And I liked Wimpy as well (much to my parents' horror!)

I really like it a lot. I can't buy "on command"; especially clothes. Sometimes it takes months before I run into something suitable. My luck we have sales at the moment!
