Well I was talking to Barry and Mikhail last night and they both work with computers for a living, and they said they have seen computer programmes do goofy things - but they've NEVER seen a "glitch" do this. Honestly how stupid do they think we are?

I'm not sure I believe this. An error that has been going on since early February? They'll have to do more to convince me than this. Incidentally, these are exactly the words I just received in response to the email I sent them.
